The station is located on Westfield Road near Falkirk FC Football Stadium and was opened in September 1999. Prior to that, the station was located in Grangemouth Road.
Station Manager George Carson has responsibility for the station and the crews of its four watches – Red, Blue, Green and White. Each watch also has its own Watch Manager.
A retained crew of 9 also operates out of Falkirk supervised by Watch Manager George Aitken.
