Whether it is in the delivery of a front-line emergency response, or in the provision of community safety education, we tailor our approach to the needs of the communities we serve.
Should you require Community Safety information in an alternate format please access the Community Safety pages of this website to find out which documents are available.
To ensure access to our services we train all of our employees in equality and diversity awareness, provide a range of information leaflets in alternate formats, work in close partnership with local community groups across the Central Scotland area and consult with stakeholder groups at a national level. Further details can be found in the Partnership Working section.
Central Scotland Fire and Rescue Service use our People Impact Assessment process to ensure that all of our policies and practices are free from unlawful discrimination.
If you would like to find out more about how you could become involved to help us better meet the needs of our communities, please contact us by email: equality@centralscotlandfire.gov.uk
