Community Risk Register
Central Scotland Strategic Co-ordinating
Group has just published its Community Risk Register. Its purpose is two-fold.
Firstly, it helps to inform the
public about the potential hazards that exist in varying degrees within
Central Scotland. It seeks to reassure our communities that in the
unlikely event they should occur, detailed plans and procedures are in place
to provide an effective response
Secondly, it ensures that the resources of partner organisations are focussed on providing the best resilience, response and
recovery capabilities possible in respect of the hazards
faced.
