The Fire Board

Central Scotland Joint Fire and Rescue Board is the body which has a legal obligation to provide a fire and rescue service for the people of Central Scotland.

The Board is made up of Councillors from our three Councils, Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling and is led by Councillor Alan Nimmo the Board Convener.

The Board's main role is to scrutinise the work of the Service, ensure that the Service is working efficiently and effectively and the Board is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Fire Service and monitoring performance.Fire
