JNobleRoad Traffic Accident - 23rd January 2008

CSFRS made this book available online for registering condolences in respect of this accident which cost the life of one firefighter and resulted in serious injuries to other members of the Blue Watch crew from Alloa.

The online condolence book here was closed to new messages on Friday 22nd February 2008.

A fund for donations to the firefighters injured in this accident has now been opened. More details are available HERE

I was on a different shift so I knew John more through football in the Brigade and remember his competative spirit and fair play. He was always a gentleman and a truly genuine person, no one could ever have a wrong word to say about John.
I extend my heartfelt sympathies to John's wife and children.
