Our Structure

structure_phixr.jpgCentral Scotland Fire and Rescue Service is organised into Service Delivery and Service Support.

Service Delivery includes fire prevention through the Community Safety department.  They are responsible for community education as well as legaslative work.  The Control Room and Operations which between them manage and control incidents.  Incidents can include fires, search and rescue, flood response and vehicle accidents, and 17 Fire Stations have operational personnel available to respond to incidents.

Service Support includes all the support services required to run an efficient, effective, and learning organisation. This includes, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Information and Communications Technology, Procurement, and Property Management. Our organisation structure details where each department fits within Central Scotland Fire and Rescue Service.
